Hi, I’m Jess and I’m glad you’re here!

Are difficult emotions, negative thoughts, or past experiences getting in the way of where you want to be? Reaching out for support takes real courage, and your willingness to take this step is genuinely commendable. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges at your own pace, build meaningful goals, and experience real, sustainable change.

I work with children, teens, adults, and couples of all genders and identities. Many of my clients come in navigating emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, low self-esteem, attachment wounds, relationship or family stress, identity exploration, and the impact of trauma or overwhelming experiences. I also support individuals experiencing rumination, obsessive thinking patterns, stress, and major life transitions.

Across all ages, I often help clients make sense of complex emotions, strengthen their sense of self, and build healthier internal narratives. Together, we work to create clarity, confidence, and meaningful shifts toward the life you want.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, DBT-informed skills, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), psychodynamic principles, solution-focused techniques, somatic-awareness work, mindfulness-based strategies, play-based therapeutic approaches, and parts-informed work (inspired by IFS).

In couples therapy, I integrate the Gottman Method, EFT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support communication, emotional connection, and conflict management.

Whether we’re reframing unhelpful thinking patterns, exploring attachment dynamics, practicing grounding and emotional regulation skills, or processing difficult experiences, your voice leads the work. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are — with empathy, patience, and respect for their lived experiences.

Let’s work together toward creating a life you feel more connected to and proud of. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
