Jessica uses a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to support clients in navigating challenges and creating lasting change. With a foundation in treating individuals with a variety of mental health concerns—including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, and trauma—Jessica tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Her experience includes working with individuals diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, BPD, and ADD, among others, allowing her to address a broad spectrum of concerns with flexibility and compassion.

Jessica is particularly passionate about integrating somatic work into therapy, utilizing mindfulness, body awareness, and movement to foster healing on both a mental and physical level. She has a foundational knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a transformative approach she deeply values, and she is excited to continue expanding her expertise in this area.
